丹江口水库汛末提前蓄水策略探讨

摘要: 丹江口水库是南水北调中线工程的重要水源地,按原设计蓄水方案水库汛末蓄满率较低。在分析丹江口水库汛期最后一场洪水出现时间分布规律的基础上,提出将水库的蓄水时机从10月上旬提前至9月下旬。并通过防洪稳妥性分析得出,该方案能够保证原设计防洪标准。同时根据实际入库流量数据对水库不同运行方式下的兴利效益进行了比较,结果表明汛末提前蓄水方案能明显提高水库兴利效益。

Abstract: An important water source of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, Danjiangkou Reservoir is less frequently impounded to full capacity at the end of flood season because of the increasing water use in Hanjiang River Basin. Based on the regularity in the occurrence time of the last flood each year in Danjiangkou Reservoir, a scheme of reservoir impoundment in late September instead of early October is proposed. Flood control safety analysis suggests that the new scheme could maintain the original flood control standard without increasing any flood risk. Moreover, the new scheme is proved to be more economically beneficial than the original one through comparisons on the basis of the actual inflow data of Danjiangkou Reservoir.
