护坡沙枕防老化涂层材料耐老化性能试验研究

摘要: 对长江中游界牌河段中高滩鱼嘴局部护坡沙枕采用的CW-S新型防老化涂层材料进行了紫外光老化、盐雾循环、耐酸性试验和现场涂刷试验。试验结果表明: CW-S 新型防老化涂层材料可以大幅提高编织袋材料的耐老化性能,增强沙枕编织袋本身的强度及柔韧性,使其能够更好地抵御含沙水流的冲刷而不易破裂。

Abstract:  The new CW-S antiaging coating which is used for the slope protection plastic bags in the Jiepai section of the middle Yangtze River has been passed the tests, such as the UV aging test, salt spray cycle test, acid resistance test and on site brushing testing.The results indicate that the new antiaging coating CW-S can substantially improve the durability of the slope protection plastic bags and enhance its strength and flexibility, this will better resist the erosion of silt carrying flow and will not easily rupture.
