浙江省各地市水资源压力指数评价

摘要: 从人口数量压力、水资源数量压力、水环境压力、水资源技术压力、水资源经济压力和水资源紧缺压力 6 个方面提出了水资源压力分项指标以及水资源综合压力指数的计算方法,并对 2008 年浙江省各地市的水资源压力指数进行了计算和分析。分析评价结果表明:浙江省嘉兴、温州、舟山等地面临着较大的水资源压力,而丽水、杭州、湖州、衢州压力较小;嘉兴、舟山市人口和水资源数量压力较大,绍兴市水环境压力较大,温州市水资源技术压力较大,衢州市水资源经济压力较大。各地有关部门应有目的地调整区域水资源利用方式,缓解水资源供需系统存在的压力,实现以水资源可持续利用来支撑和保障区域经济社会可持续发展。

Abstract:  Sub-entry indexes of water resources pressure and their computing methods were proposed from the population quantity pressure, water resources pressure, water environment pressure, water resources technical pressure, water resources economy pressure and water resources lack pressure. They are what is called comprehensive indexes of water resources pressure They were used for calculating water resources pressure indexes of different cities of Zhejiang Province in 2008. The results obtained from comprehensive indexes showed that the water resources pressure was greater in Jiaxing, Wenzhou, Zoushen etc., while less pressure was in Linshui, Hengzhou, Huzhou, Quzhou etc.. The sub-entry index results indicated that ∶ the population quantity pressure and water resources pressure were greater in Jiaxing and Zhoushan, water environment pressure was less in Shaoxing, water resources technical pressure was more greater in Wenzhou, Water resources economy pressure was more great in Quzhou. Region economic and social sustainable developments can be realized by adjusting water resources utilizing mode to relax water resources system pressure.
