摘要

采用新型交联剂合成出 CW-GAC丙烯酸盐化学灌浆材料,并对其性质和力学性能进行研究。实验表明: CW-GAC丙烯酸盐化学灌浆材料具有黏度低、可灌入细微裂缝、凝胶时间可以控制、渗透系数较低、固砂体抗压强度较大等特点;交联剂和丙烯酸盐单体的用量是影响丙烯酸盐化学灌浆材料力学性能的两个重要因素; CW-GAC丙烯酸盐化学灌浆材料无毒,对环境无害,符合环保要求。

Abstract

This paper studied the nature and mechanical properties of CW-GAC acrylate chemical grouting material which was synthesized by using a novel cross linker. Experimental results indicated that CW-GAC acrylate chemical grouting material possesses many advantages, such as low viscosity, being injected into the tiny cracks, easily controlled gelling time, low osmotic coefficient , large compressive strength of gel, etc., that the dosages of cross linker and acrylate monomer are two important factors which affect mechanical properties of chemical grouting material, and that the CW-GAC acrylate chemical grouting material is non-toxic , harmless to environment, and can meet environmental protection requirements.
