河道型水库漂浮物综合治理措施探究

摘要

三峡工程蓄水后已受水面漂浮物影响。工程运行表明“以排为主、以捞为辅”的治漂方式与工程现状和时代要求存在着明显的矛盾,大量集中暴发的漂浮物靠人工和船舶清漂也难以应对。为保护长江水面环境、充分发挥三峡工程的综合效益,并为其他河道型水库提供可借鉴的治漂方案,有必要继续深入研究治漂措施。依据三峡工程坝前局部水工模型治漂试验成果与河道型水库特点,在狭长库区分段建设聚漂区,可实现“以捞为主、以排为辅”的治理方式。这一方式在操作安全、效率以及管理等方面都存在一定的优势,可为解决类似工程漂浮物问题提供参考。

Abstract

The water surface floating debris have affected Three Gorges Project operation since storage. The engineering practice indicates the way of “draining off floating matters primarily, salvaging auxiliarily” in contradiction with social development requirements, and it is difficult to use manpower and salvaging boats to deal with large quantities of erupting floating debris. To realize the comprehensive benefits and protect the Yangtze River water environment, an effective management way for the Three Gorges Reservoir floating debris is necessary. On the basis of the hydraulic model test results and rivertype characteristics of Three Gorges Reservoir, it is feasible to adopt the management way of “salvaging floating matters primarily, draining off auxiliarily”. By the way, floating matter gathering zones are set up in Three Gorges Reservoir. The method would probably reduce or avoid the impact of floating debris on Three Gorges Project operation.
