摘要

采用室内和现场试验评价植物灭螺剂“螺威”杀灭湖北钉螺药效。室内采用泥盘喷洒、烧杯浸杀法,用敲击法鉴定钉螺死亡数和存活数,观察不同浓度植物灭螺剂“螺威”对湖北钉螺的杀灭效果。结果表明:7.5,5.0,2.5g/m3 3个浓度的4%螺威粉剂(TDS)室内浸杀湖北钉螺48h死亡率为100% ;室内喷洒试验 7.5,5.0,2.5g/m3 3个试验浓度中7.5 ,5.0g/m3 浓度组均达到死亡率95%以上,浓度为 2.5g/m3 的4%螺威粉剂(TDS)现场浸杀湖北螺钉72h死亡率为100%;喷洒湖北螺钉360h死亡率为 90.03%。4%螺威粉剂(TDS)室内浸杀、喷洒试验和现场浸杀、喷洒试验对湖北钉螺药效均达到合格指标。

Abstract

In this paper laboratory and field tests are introduced to evaluate the effects of plant mulluscicide “ Lo-wei ” on killing oncomelania Hubei. In the laboratory , through spraying into a mud tray , immersing in a flask and hammering to identify the mortality and survival number of molluscicide , we have observed the effects of different concentration plant molluscicides “ Lo-wei ”. In laboratory test, the oncomelania mortality is 100% when immerged in 4% Lo-wei powder (TDS) with 7.5g/m3 , 5.0g/m3 and 2.5 g/m3 concentrations for 48 hours, in which the mortality is more than 95% when sprayed with 7.5 g/m3 , 5.0g/m3 concentrations of the same TDS. For the in-situ test, the mortality is 100% when immerged in 4% TDS with 2.5 g/m3 concentration in 72 hours, while when sprayed, the oncomelania mortality is 90.03% in 360 hours . Whether immerging and spraying in laboratory test or in situ test, the efficiency of 4% TDS on killing oncomelania Hubei has reached the qualified index.
