摘要: 龙滩水电站大法坪砂石加工系统在试生产运行时期,通过质量检测发现一些问题后,对加工系统生产工艺及设备进行了调试和改进。实践证明,改进后的大法坪砂石系统骨料从数量上和质量上均完全满足龙滩水电站大坝的建设要求。总结了龙滩工程骨料生产过程中,增设刮砂机以提高碾压混凝土用砂中石粉含量;加强一次筛分水洗力度、增设二次筛分水洗系统以改善粗骨料的裹粉程度;研究了造成骨料裹粉的原因,提出了裹粉质量控制标准;为控制粗骨料超逊径合格率和中径筛余合格率,改进了粗骨料跌落缓降设备,并允许成品料场粗骨料有一定的超径等措施及效果。

Abstract: In pre-production period of Dafaping Gravel Processing System of the Longtan Hydropower Station, after a number of issues being found through quality inspection, the production technology and equipment were debugged and improved. By summarizing the Longtan Project aggregate preduction process, the sand blowing machine to? improve the stone powder content in RCC was adopted, and for strengthening the force of water washing of the first screening, the water washing system of the secondary screening was set up. Controlling quality standard of wrapped powder is presented on the basis of the reason caused by the aggregates being wrapped with powder. In order to control the qualified rates of oversize and midsize screened-remainder of aggregates, the coarse aggregate equipment is improved, through which aggregates can be slowly fallen down, and the produced material is permitted to remain a certain content of oversize aggregates. The test results prove that the improved aggregate system, quantitatively and qualitatively, can completely satisfy the Longtan Hydropower Station dam construction requirements.
