混凝土渗透溶蚀过程中钙离子迁移过程数值模拟

摘要: 在总结混凝土中离子迁移过程机理的基础上,推导了混凝土渗透溶蚀过程中Ca2+离子迁移过程的一维数学模型。根据混凝土软水渗透溶蚀试验得到的部分参数,采用有限单元法对模型进行求解,定量模拟了混凝土软水渗透溶蚀过程中Ca2+离子迁移过程,数值模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合。数值模拟结果还表明:混凝土渗透性是影响混凝土渗透溶蚀特性的关键因素,渗透系数较小的混凝土,即使在软水作用下,渗透溶蚀程度也有限。

Abstract: One dimension model of Ca2+ ion transportation during concrete leaching dissolution was developed and the transportation could be numerically simulated. On the basis of some parameters achieved by the experiment of concrete leaching dissolution, the model was solved by FEM(finite element method). The numerical simulation result is accord with experimental phenomenon. The result also indicates the permeability of concrete is a key factor to the performance of concrete leaching dissolution. The concrete leaching dissolution is to be limited even under soft water when the permeability of concrete is a less value.
