樊口泵站混凝土裂缝及沉降缝渗漏处理技术

Leakage Processing Technology on Concrete Cracks & Settling Seams in Fankou Pumping Station

摘要: 樊口泵站经多年运行混凝土结构产生裂缝,其中贯穿性裂缝18条,沉降缝出现渗漏。裂缝降低建筑物的抗渗能力,使混凝土碳化,引起钢筋锈蚀,降低材料耐久性,影响建筑物结构承载能力及使用功能。其处理方法包括:对于影响结构稳定和表面的裂缝采取表面修补法和灌浆法处理;当裂缝影响混凝土结构性能时,采取加固法对钢筋砼结构进行补强处理;有防渗要求的混凝土裂缝及沉降缝,采用灌浆法将合适的胶结材料压入裂缝或沉降缝中,胶结材料硬化后与混凝土形成整体,起到封堵加固的目的。樊口泵站经加固后投入使用正常,无渗水现象,表明工程所选材料及工艺可靠,技术处理措施成功可行。

Abstract: After years of running the Fankou Pumping Station occurred concrete structure cracks and settlement joint leakage. Cracks would reduce the anti seepage capacity, quicken the carbonation of concrete, cause steel reinforcements to be corroded, and decrease material durability and bearing capacity of the building. There were three kinds of methods on treating cracks and leakage as follows: For the cracks of affecting structure stability and concrete surface, the remedial measure and grouting method were adopted respectively. When cracks affected the performance of the structure, the reinforcement method was used for reinforcing the structure function. And when concrete cracks and settling seams were needed to possess anti seepage function, a suitable bonding material was grouted into cracks and settling seams to form an integration of the structure. Fankou Pumping Station has been put into operation and it is working in perfect order. It is validated that the selected meterials and processing technologies are reliable, successful.
