长江的生态流量问题

摘要

根据长江流域自然条件及水资源利用的特点,对长江水系生态流量的定义、确定原则及方法进行了讨论,并以金沙江虎跳峡、雅砻江锦屏、岷江上游和长江口等为例,说明长江生态流量确定的方法和存在的问题。研究表明,对于地处湿润地区的长江水系生态流量确定,应从全流域综合考虑,在没有充分论证前,宜从宽设定 。

Abstract

According to the features of the natural conditions and water resources utilization of the Changjian River, the definition of environmental flow, calculation principles and method were discussed. With several examples, such as Hutiaoxia in Jinsha River, Jinping in Yalong River, upper Ming River and the estuary of Changjiang River, the problem how to make a decision about environmental flow in Changjiang River Basin was analyzed. On the basis of our research on wetland area, like Changjiang River, environmental flow should be considered from the whole basin. Before ecological problems have not been fully clarified, the environmental flow should be maintained a larger flow.
