摘要
沥青混凝土室内试验试件成型工序复杂,试验环境温度、试件成型工序、试件脱模方法等均对试验结果有较大影响,导致试验结果的差异较大。对沥青混凝土的模量数K值影响因素进行了探讨。试验结果表明:成型方法、试验温度、沥青含量等对模量数K值有较大影响;沥青混凝土芯样的K值与击实成型试件的K值较为接近,而与静压成型的K值相差较大;温度升高,沥青的粘度降低,流动性增大,矿料间的粘聚力降低,从而使沥青混凝土的K值降低。
Abstract
The forming procedures of asphalt concrete are complex. The experimental results are obviously influenced by several factors, such as ambient temperature, forming techniques and demoulding measures. This paper focuses on the experimental factors affecting the modulus K of asphalt concrete. The results are as follows: the forming techniques, ambient temperature and asphalt content have great effects on modulus K respectively. The modulus Kof asphalt concrete core sample is close to that of asphalt concrete formed through compaction, but is very different from that of asphalt concrete formed through static-load. With the ambient temperature increase, the viscosity of asphalt concrete decreases, its flowability increases and the cohesive force between mineral aggregates abates, consequently, the modulus Kof asphalt concrete decreases.
