新疆山口水库混凝土碱 - 骨料反应试验研究

摘要: 碱 - 骨料反应对混凝土的耐久性危害很大,混凝土 的耐久性对大坝的安全十分重要。新疆山口水库采用5个天然料场的骨料作为混凝土骨料, 由于骨料成分复杂,为此,对新疆山口水库混凝土骨料的碱活性采用岩相法、砂浆棒快速法 、粉煤灰抑制效果试验等多种方法进行研究。试验结果表明:该水库骨料中含有活性骨料, 为确保工程安全,应采取工程措施抑制碱骨料反应,如采用低碱水泥或掺加不少于20%粉 煤灰等。

Abstract: Alkali - aggregate reaction(AAR) is disadvantageous to durability of concrete. The Shankou Reservoir Project in Xinjiang province will adopt nearby natural aggregates, which contain AAR property. In order to under stand the AAR performance of the aggregates, study approaches include petrographic method, accelerated mortar bar method and inhibiting effect test. The results show the aggregates contain alkali reactivity. To insure safety of the dam, the alkali content of cement must be controlled strictly, or the additional amount of fly ash is not less than 20%. 
