以中国山洪灾害防治区划为依据，综合分析不同区 域山洪灾害形成的暴雨、地形地质条件、区域经济社会发展程度、山洪灾害的类型、数量以 及防治类型，在此基础上有针对性地提出各区山洪灾害防治对策，结合我国国情， 强调以非工程措施为主，辅之以工程措施综合整治的山洪灾害防治原则。

Based on regional planning of the Chinese mountain torrent disasters prevention, this paper analyzes the characters of rainstorm, geological and topographical conditions, the development of economy and society eff ected by mountain torrents disaster, the types and quantities of mountain torrent disasters and the characteristics in different prevention regions, and then, p roposes countermeasures of torrents disaster prevention in different regions. Ac cording to the realities of the country, mountain torrent disasters prevention s hould rely mainly on non-structural measures and additionally on structural measures.
