摘要: 通过对聚合物水泥砂浆物理力学性能的试验和研究,阐述了聚合物水泥砂浆在混凝土破坏修补应用中的优越性。针对水工建筑物混凝土的老化和缺陷,先后研制开发了2种聚合物水泥砂浆,和与之配套的施工工艺,并在几个工程中推广应用,取得良好的经济技术效益和社会效益。经过多年工程应用和长期性能测试表明,聚合物水泥砂浆是一种理想的混凝土修补防护材料。

Abstract: The superiorities of the polymer cement mortar used in concrete destruction patching are elaborated by analysing the experimental data showing the polymer cement mortar mechanic performances. In combination with the aging and flaws of hydraulic structure concrete, two kinds of polymer cement mortars were developed, the construction techniques were provided and they have been applied in several projects, and have received good economical and social effects. Through many project applications and long-term performance testing, it is proved that the polymer cement mortar is one kind of ideal concrete patching and shielding material.
