亲水性树脂基复合模型沙力学特性试验研究

Experimental Research on Physical Characteristics of Compound Model Sands Made of Hydrophilic Resin

摘要: 在广泛收集分析国内外各种模型沙特性的基础上, 根据长江防洪实体模型相似要求,研制了一种新型亲水性树脂基复合模型沙,并对该种沙密度、休止角、起动、沉降等基本物理力学特性以及阻力特性进行试验研究。在此基础上采用该模型沙进行局部河段动床验证试验。试验结果表明:该模型沙基本满足长江防洪实体模型沉降和起动等各项相似要求;具有物理性质稳定且可调节、能够批量生产等优点;床面糙率值为0.013~0.021,并随着沙波发育逐步增大。

Abstract: Based on collecting and analyzing kinds of domestic and abroad model sands characteristics, a new type of model sand made of hydrophilic resin was developed in order to reach similar conditions of the Changjiang River flood control model's research. In this research, the basic physical and
resistant characteristic parameters are tested, such as the density, the angle of repose, the start and the settlement for this sand, etc. On the basis of above study results a local reach's movable-bed hydraulic model experiment was carried out for the sand. The experimental results are as follow
s: It can meet Changjiang River flood control model requirements of similarity, such as the sand's settlement and initiation motions, etc.; The type of model sand physical nature is stable, and, it can be regulated and produced in mass; The roughness of the bed varies from 0.013 to 0.021, gradually increasing as the sand ripple's development.
