摘要

研究了一些常用于碱矿渣水泥的缓凝剂,如硝酸铅、硝酸锌和氯化钠等对碱激发碳酸盐矿-矿渣胶凝材料凝胶时间的影响。结果表明:硝酸铅、硝酸锌在掺量大于3%时可以延长凝胶时间;氯化钠、硼酸钠可延长凝胶时间,但延长幅度小。研究发现外加剂BS对碱激发碳酸盐矿-矿渣胶凝材料具有很好的缓凝效果,可使浆体保持良好的流动性能,且有利于胶砂体强度性能的提高,其缓凝机理为BS与水玻璃快速反应并在矿渣表面形成一层保护膜。

Abstract

The effect of some chemical retarders,often used for alkali activated cement such as Pb(NO3)2,Zn(NO3)2, and NaCl etc.,on the gelation time of alkali-activated carbonatite slag cementitious material (AACSCM) was investigated. The results are as follows: Pb(NO3)2 or Zn(NO3)2 has retarding effect when its addition is not less than 3% of blast furnace slag, and for NaCl or Na2B7O4 the addition should not be less than 8%; chemical reagent BS can efficiently retard the gelation of AACSCM paste and improve the strength of AACSCM mortars. In addition, the fluidity of AACSCM paste can be kept constantly for 4 hours. The retarding effect of BS is mainly attributed to the formation of a protective layer on the surface of slag grain due to the reaction between BS and water glass.
