摘要: 集对分析是处理不确定性问题的一种新理念。利用集对分析法建立了评价区域生态承载能力的新方法,用联系度来描述评价对象与评价标准的同异反程度,评价结果清晰地显示了集合之间的关系结构,并动态地给出综合关系数。并用该方法对盐城滨海湿地区域生态承载能力综合评价实例进行了分析,其分析结果与该地区实际情况相符,与径向基函数法分析的结果一致,且集对分析法对信息的描述更全面、直观,其概念明确,计算简便。

Abstract: Set pair analysis (SPA) is a new idea for the treatment of indeterminate problem. A new model for evaluating the region eco-carrying capacity was built up by SPA. Identity, discrepancy and contrary between evaluated objects and criterion were described by contact coefficients. The evaluated result shows relations between two sets. Dynamic contact coefficients were given. The analysis on the integrative assessment of eco-carrying capacity of Yancheng Citys coastal wetland was conducted by this method, the result coincides with the practical situation of this area, and agress with that obtained by radial base-function, and the SPA possesses the characteristic of definite idea, simple computation and comprehensive information.
