摘要

针对大黑汀电站机组机械反馈链较长的特点,提出并应用了一种新型的双PID调节技术。通过仿真、试验和运行实践证明,此技术能有效地使静特性、3 min空载摆动值、接力器不动时间、甩100%负荷及超过3%额定转速的波峰次数等参数均优于国家标准,改善了调速器的调节品质。

Abstract

In combination with the characteristics of Daheiting Power Station whose unit feedback chain is rather long, a technology of double PID was put forward and applied. Proved by simulation, test and operational practice, the technology can make the parameters of effective static stability, 3- minute idling swing, static time of servomotor, frequencies of wave crest of 100% load rejection and over 3% rated rotational speed ect., better than international standard and improve the quality of governor adjustment.
