湿磨细水泥-化学复合灌浆在三峡工程基础处理中的应用研究

摘要: 针对三峡水利枢纽主体水工建筑物的基础处理工程 ,进行了全面、系统的灌浆新材料、新技术应用研究,特别是对类似于F215,F1096,F1050等断层破碎带作了专门加固处理现场试验研究。研究结果表明:采用高压湿磨细水泥 -化学复合灌浆技术,大幅度提高了基础岩体的力学特性,使断层破碎带与软弱夹层形成连续的、完整的并较坚固的基础岩体。成功地解决了三峡工程岩体断层破碎带加固处理的难题。

Abstract: The new grouting materials and technologies used for foundation treatment have been systemically studied from 1995 for TGP construction. Especially the special study of fault reinforcing treatment like f215,f1096,f1050 etc. has been made. By using fine ground cement and chemical compound grouting technologies, the mechanics characteristic of foundation rock has been improved in a great zone, so the fault zones and soft interlayers have been formed aconsecutive, intact and hard rock body. It has successfully resolved the problem of fault reinforcing treatment in TGP.
