摘要

TLW -2000型岩石三轴蠕变试验仪是经科技部资助对原流变试验设备进行技术升级与改造项目的主要成果,能自动稳压、自动记录并能进行高围压三轴流变试验。介绍了该仪器的升级改造、各项性能指标校准及通过三轴流变试验对设备进行测试的情况。该设备稳压系统升级改造采用先进的伺服控制、滚珠丝杠和液压等技术组合,达到了良好的稳压效果。

Abstract

On the basis of the former rheological testing equipment, a new tri -axial rheological rock testing machine with high pressure confinement, which is financially supported by a scheme for equipment upgrade and renovation from the Ministry of Science and Technology, and characterized with the capacities of stable testing pressure servo -control and an automatic acquisition, has been manufactured recently. This paper presents some technical renovations , verifications for its performances, and some rheological results achieved by actual tests for limestone samples with the new machine. The advanced techniques, combined with servo -control, ball screw and hydraulic operations, have been employed for testing pressure regulation system of the newly developed equipment,which shows a good performance for its pressure stabilizing control during rheological test. 
