摘要: 采用基于熵权理论的方法综合评价环境影响,应用 于水电站建设方案的优选。采用熵权和专家评分权重相结合,建立了一个综合考虑主客观因 素指标的权重,有利于权重确定的科学化,同样有利于决策科学化。示例表明,利用熵权理 论进行环境影响综合评价,从环境影响的角度对水电站建设方案进行优选是合理、可靠的。

Abstract: The environmental impact synthetic assessment based on entropy weight and construction scheme optimum selection problems of hydroelectric stations were approached. Entropy weight combined with expert weight can obtain a synthetic weight considering subjective and objective factors, and it can make for decision *. making scientifically. The given example shows that the optimum selection of hydroelectric station construction schemes in view of environmental impact making use of information entropy theory to assess synthetically is rational and feasible.
