三峡水利枢纽泄洪调度运行水力学试验研究

摘要: 三峡水利枢纽泄洪运行具有水头高、洪水流量大、 泄洪设施多等特点。如何对泄洪设施进行合理调度运用,确保枢纽建筑物及下游设施安全, 是三峡工程枢纽运行重要研究课题。通过水工模型研究了三峡枢纽泄洪调度方案,提出了对 深孔、表孔泄洪调度优化方案,即各孔按均匀、间隔、对称的原则开启闸门。试验结果表明 :泄洪坝段下游主流流速分布更趋均匀;防冲墙边冲刷大有改善,冲刷最低高程高于该处30 m建基面高程。优化方案达到了预期的目的。

Abstract: The flood-releasing regulation of the Three Gorges Project possesses the characteristics of high water head, large flood discharge, and diversified flood-releasing facilities. It is important issue of Three Gorges Project how to ensure the main structures and downstream safeties by safe and reasonable operation of flood- releasing facilities. By the hydraulics model tests, the hydraulics problems were studied relating to the feasible operation regulations of flood-releasing and the optimum operation regul ation was determined about the flood-releasing, that is, the gates of deep and surface outlets were opened in the means of uniformity, spacing, symmetry. The results indicated that the distribution of velocity are more uniformity in the downstream and the scouring at the side of the scour prevention wall is greatly improved. The optimum scheme has reached predicated effect.
