针对堆石坝施工具有工期紧、不同料物分区填筑、料物运输强度大等特点，分析了堆石坝施工调度与仿真模拟系统应具有的功能和设计原则，提出了将施工信息管理与优化调配结合、信息管理与可视化技术结合的设计思想，系统地讨论了各功能的主要内容及实现方法，并设计开发了相关工程的实用软件

In combination with the characters of rockfill dam construction, such as tight construction period, different kind of materials filled in every dam zone, high material transport intensity, the function needs and design principles of rockfill dam construction regulation and simulation system are defined. The design principle of integrating information management with optimization allocation and visualization simulation are presented. And the main content and implementing methods are discussed systematically. The software related has been developed. 
