为了保存一套高精度库底地形资料，以三峡水库2002年1∶20 000黑白航空影像资料作为信息源，运用全球卫星定位系统（GPS）进行航测外业控制测量，运用数字摄影测量工作站进行内业数字高程模型（DEM）采集、编辑，制作了三峡水库蓄水前枯水位以上、200 m高程以下1∶5 000精度的DEM，主要介绍了制作技术线路与方法。

Using Three Gorges Reservoir 1∶20 000 scale black and white airphoto data made in 2002 as information resource, utilizing GPS to conduct aerial control survey and employing digital photogrammetry workstation to collect and edit DEM indoor work, the author introduces the procedure and method on making Three Gorges Reservoirs 1∶5 000 scale DEM used in elevation about 65-200 m.
