流域水资源评价广义指标体系研究

摘要: 为全面分析流域水资源承载能力,根据影响水资源承载力的因素,采用系统方法,提出了流域水资源评价广义指标体系,重点分析了经济、环境和社会方面指标的建立及对流域水资源评价的作用,初步提出流域水资源评价核心指标体系。结合长江流域上、中、下游典型地区,讨论采用统一的指标评价流域内不同地区经济、环境和社会发展与水资源的关系。分析表明,采用广义指标评价流域水资源能更好地反映水资源可持续利用的状况。

Abstract: In order to completely analyze carrying capacity ofriver basin water resource, based on different aspect factors affecting water resource carrying capacity and using system method, a generalized index system relating to water resource assessment of river basin is proposed. The establishment of economy, environment and society indexes and the effects of these indexes on water resource evaluation of river basin are especially analyzed. Using these united indexes to evaluate the relation between development of economy, society,environment and water resource among different areas is discussed for typical areas in upstream, middlestream and downstream of Changjiang River Basin. The result shows that using generalized index system to assess river water resource is a better method to reflect water resource sustainable utilization. 
