摘要:  针对GIS质量综合评价在对模糊不确定性引起的质量因素进行评价方面的不足,采用模糊数学中的多层次模糊综合评判原理对GIS质量进行评价。结果表明,模糊综合评价方法不仅能够比较全面地考虑各种因素的影响及其相互作用,实现对GIS质量的合理、定量分析,并能在一定程度上反映出影响GIS质量的关键因素,为进一步提高GIS质量提供决策依据,而且该方法使用简单,且结果具有科学性和合理性。

Abstract: For improving the deficiency of evaluating factors that cause GIS fuzzy uncertainty, the paper evaluates GIS quality to use principle of multilevel fuzzy synthesis judgment of fuzzy mathematics. The conclusion manifests that the method of multilevel fuzzy synthesis judgment not only makes clear perfectly consider the effects of all factors and their actions each other on GIS quality, realizes reasonable and fixedly quantitative analysis on GIS quality, and provides a decision - making basis on improving GIS quality because it reflects key factor that affects GIS quality in a certain extent ,but also it is simple, practical and reasonable. 
