介绍了堤防减压井和其他水利工程中采用排水孔、减压井以及供水井的运行和研究状况。对国内外减压井淤堵研究方法、研究内容和存在问题 进行分析归纳，从中得出规律性的认识。

The statuses on operation and study of relief wells,drain holes and supply wells in the water resource projects are presented. The research procedures, contents and existent problems on relief wells at home and abroad are analysed and summarized, and some regularity understandings obtained.
