阐述了小尺度船模试验研究的几个主要问题，包括 船模的相似性、操纵性能、尺度效应及修正、技术特点以及试验资料分析等，并对各点进行 了分析。其中西南水运工程研究所研制的CM2-3B船模驾驶室监控系统(船模轨迹实时接受装 置)及该所进行的与三峡工程引航道水深相近的船模性能试验研究，在船模试验研究方面有 所创新，通过多年的实际运用，均能满足试验研究与工程实际的需要，其效果较好。
