摘要: 为了对洛阳市的水资源紧缺程度进行评价,尝试利用模糊数学,并根据层次分析法的思想,建立了一种水资源紧缺程度评价的指标体系和算法,评价出洛阳市水资源基本处于紧缺状态以上,符合洛阳市水资源实际。

Abstract: To evaluate water resources absence level in Luoyang, some indices and programs are established using the theory of fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process and applied to the Luoyang municipality. The res ults show that the water resources in Luoyang is of highly absence, which reflec ts the real condition there. This method is simple, practical for water resource s absence evaluation.
