摘要: 周宁水电站地下厂房采用悬式发电机组,支撑结构上部受力,结构体型单薄,高水头、高转速下运行,下拆方式检修,在蜗壳外包混凝土开孔等,这些都对结构抗振不利。为此,用模态分析和瞬态动力学分析方法,对无梁厚板和板梁柱方案进行对比计算,分析了不同工程处理措施的作用;进行了多模型、多工况的整体结构三维动、静力分析;给出了机组运行的共振校核、振幅校核和瞬态动力响应;分析了结构振动振源,提出了合理的工程处理措施和结构形式优选方案。

Abstract: The new suspended supporting structure was used in the high water head and high rotational speed turbine unit in the underground powerhouse of Zhouning Power Station. As these thin structures are usually sensitive to vibration, the dynamic response of concrete supporting structures of suspended hydrogenerating unit was analysed with 3D FEM. Detailed vibration characteristics of the supporting structures were given and through calculation of comparative schemes,an optimum scheme with reasonable treatment measures was proposed.
