摘要

江垭水电站3#机组运行约1 a后,其稳定性越来越/差。为了找出原因并彻底处理,经过分析该机组的稳定性试验结果,认为摆度振动超标的原因是质量不平衡和电气不平衡。针对这2个原因,通过配重和处理转子微量偏心后,机组各部位摆度、振动正常,稳定性好。

Abstract

After the third generator set of Jiangya Water Power Station was put into operation for one year, its stability got worse. So an overhaul was conducted. Through analysis on stability test results it is found that the extraordinary sway and vibration was caused by unbalance of electricity and unbalanced weight-distribution in the set. So weight distribution of the set was adjusted and slight deviation of barycenter of rotor was handled;the generator set is put into operation again and works in perfect order.
