针对国内尚无与水情遥测系统相配套的通用型工业显示操作面板的实际情况，结合水情遥测系统的特点，采用78E58 CPU 组成单片机系统，设计出一种新型的操作面板STAR 200。该面板具有多种通讯接口和通讯协议，可方便灵活地进行面板组态，在面板键盘上可进行数据设定、修改等操作，并有掉电保护及汉字显示功能，可选择多种电源电压。面板投入应用后，获得较好的效果，能满足各类不同应用环境的要求。对于同类产品的设计，具有一定的参考意义
