利用灰色系统理论，根据某流域防洪工程的移民安置区典型的各项技术经济指标，建立了灰色预测模型，并对移民安置区可持续发展系统状况进行了一次评估。理论上评估的结果与客观实际基本相符。

Greysystem theory is introduced briefly, and the predicting model is set up in the basis of all kinds of tech-economic coefficients obtained in one typical resettlement area. The corresponding assessment on sustanable development of the immigration resettlement area in the flood control project is proposed and is essentially consistent with the practice result.
