三峡库区内的护岸工程，其独特的地理位置，决定了工程建设的影响因素较其他同类工程多而复杂。利用模糊综合评判方法，对三峡库区内护岸工程的堤线优选进行定量分析，提出了几种特定的评判因子，并对各因子遵循的规律和隶属函数的确定进行了阐述。将侵占三峡库容作为权重最大的一个评判因子，减小了堤线优选中的主观性。对于库区内防洪护岸工程的决策、立项，提供了具有较强实用性和可操作性的定量分析工具。

With its unique geographic site, the bank protectionworks in the There Gorges reservoir area were more complex than other projects.By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the dike-line selection was analyzed quantitily, some special evaluation factors were proposed and their subordinate functions and rules also presented. Reservoir capacity of the Three Gorges Projects is regarded as the important judging factor in calculation of weight, so this provides a quantity analysis tool, which can help engineers make decision for the bank protection works in the TGP reservoir area.
