摘要
传统的中小型机械液压水轮机调速器液压随动系统机械杆系多,油、管路复杂,成本及整机故障率高。针对这些不足,采用丝杆机构取代传统杆系,用控制滑阀取代主配压阀,减少传递环节,使系统结构更加简单合理。改进后系统转速死区ix≤0.08%,静态特性曲线线性度误差ε<5%;随动系统不准确度ia<1.5%;自动空载3 min转速摆动相对值Δx≤±0.25%,接力器不动时间Tq<0.2 s,甩100%负荷,过渡过程超过3%额定转速的波峰N<2,调节时间T<40 s,且系统操作简单,维护、保养方便,运行寿命延长,可靠度提高。
Abstract
The traditional middle small sized machinery liquid pressure servo system of turbine governor has some defects, such as: more machinery members, complex oil channels and pipelines, expensive cost and high failure rates. Aiming at these defects, the new system uses screw members in stead of the traditional member system and employs controlled sliding valve in stead of main pressure distribution valve, and, in result, the system structure is simplified and more reasonable. The data of main parameters are as follows:① rotational speed dead zone ix≤0.08%;② linear error of static characteristic curve ε<5%;③ degree of un accuracy of servo system ia <1.5%;④ no movement time of the servomotor Tq<0.2s;⑤ relative speed oscillating value Δx≤0.25% under autounload operation in 3 min ;⑥ in transition process of throwing off load 100%,wave number N<2,regulating time T<40 s; The improved system possesses the advantages of simple operation,convenient maintenance and service long operating life and high reliability
