摘要
玻璃砂浆棒法是评价矿物质掺合料抑制ASR膨胀效果的一种方法。以5%硅质玻璃砂和95%标准砂为骨料,硅酸盐水泥为胶结料,用掺合料等体积置换水泥,按照ASTMC1260*.94快速砂浆棒法测定ASR膨胀。当膨胀值<0.10%时,则该掺合料能有效抑制ASR。因骨料的活性相对固定,试验重复性好。经差热分析、扫描电镜及X射线衍射多种分析证明,该方法中硅质玻璃可模拟活性天然骨料。
Abstract
The glass mortar bar test (GMBT) is a method to evaluate the effectiveness of mineral admixtures (MA) on suppressing ASR expansion. GMBT uses 5% fused silica glass and 95% standard sand as the aggregate, Portland cement as the bonding compound, and substituting mineral admixtures with same quantity by volume of cement, and performs in accordance with ASTMC1260 94 accelerated mortar bar test (AMBT) to detect the ASR expansion. If the expansion of GMBT is less than 0.10%, the expansion due ASR can be suppressed effectively by using the MA. Because the activation of the aggregate is relatively stable, the results of GMBT have a good repeatability. The suitability of simulating natural aggregate by using fused silica glass was proved additionally by results of differential thermal analysis, scanning electronmicroscope and Xray diffraction.
