 三峡枢纽围堰发电期泄洪调度水力学研究

摘要: 三峡水利枢纽在围堰挡水发电期泄洪运行过程中,如何既保证泄洪建筑物及其防冲设施的安全运行,又保证对下游流态和堤岸防护影响较小,是一个亟待解决的问题。它涉及泄洪调度方案及其他措施等诸多水力学问题。三峡枢纽1/100模型泄洪运行水力学试验研究成果表明:经优化后泄洪的运行方式,泄洪可达68 530m3/s,坝下防洪设施及下纵围堰安全可得到保障;通过底、深孔调度并辅以降低坝前水位等措施,可在Q≤60 000 m3/s下避免底孔出流打击弧门牛腿现象

Abstract: How to secure safe operation of flood releasing works and their scour prevention measures and to less affect downstream flow pattern and dyke protection structures during floodreleasing in cofferdamretaining generation period of TGP is an important problem needed to be solved. It deals with series of hydraulics problems relating flood releasing regulation and other measures. This paper presents the test results on flood releasing obtained from a hydraulic model with a scale 1∶100. Through the optimazation of schemes the proposed operation mode is the case that 22 deepoutlets are opened,i.e.,No.23 deepoutlet being closed, and all bottoon outlets opened, its floodreleasing discharge may reach up to 68 530m3/s,the safety of scourprevention installations and downstream cofferdam may be secured. By optmizing the regulation of bottom and(or) deep outtets and in combination with a certain lowering the water level before Gezhouba Project, the undesirable phynomena of water jet striking the hingedsupport of tainter gates can be avoided in the cases of Q≤60 000 m3/s.
