根据监理服务质量跟踪和反馈调查，结合长江科学院监理贯标工作，指出了项目监理机构在监理检测和检测监理工作中存在的问题，以促使各项目监理机构遵循有关工作程序和方法，按ISO-9001体系文件要求对工程质量进行严格控制，使工程质量目标处于受控状态。

Based on supervision service quality track and feedback investigation,and combining with quality objective work of Yangtze River Scientific Research Institute (YRSRI),some problems occurring in the supervisionexamination and examinationsupervision for item supervision organization of YRSRI are simply pointed out from authors viewpoint,in order to have each item supervision organization to accord with the related working programs and working methods,to strictly control the engineering quality by the ISO-9001 system,and ,lastly,to make project quality objectives under control. 
