三峡工程大坝混凝土的配合比设计

摘要: 为了节约水泥,改善混凝土的性能,特别是提高混凝土的耐久性,在三峡工程大坝混凝土配合比设计时采取了选用品质优良的缓凝高效减水剂、全面掺用引气剂、掺用优质I级粉煤灰、严格限制水胶比、适当增大粉煤灰掺量等技术措施,使优选出的大坝混凝土不但配合比各项指标满足设计技术要求,而且具有单位用水量小、水泥用量少、耐久性好等特点。

Abstract: For saving cement,improving the performance of concrete,especifically its durability,some technological measures,including selecting high quality retarding and waterreducing agent,mixing with the addition of AE agent and first grade flyash,strictly limiting watercement ratio of concrete,reasonably increasing the content of flyash etc.,are employed in the mix desigh of concrete.According to experimental results,it is concluded that the mix propertion of dam concrete not only achieve all the requirements of design indexes but also possesses the characteristies of less water dosage and less cement consumption more excellent durability.
