摘要: 就“数字长江”建设的内容、方式、关键技术、组织形式以及“数字长江”与“数字地球”的关系等问题,结合水利行业的具体特点进行了分析和探讨,提出了未来“数字长江”技术在水利行业中的应用模式,强调了“数字长江”的开发与建设对我国未来水利科技发展的重大意义。最后论述了“数字长江”技术在水利方面的应用与开发前景,以及当前需要攻关的课题内容和要实现的主要目标。

Abstract: The analysis and exploration on the problems including content, way, key techniques, organization forms, and the relation between digital Yangtze River and digital earth etc., combining with concrete features of water conservancy trade, are performed. An applied mode of future digital Yangtze River technology in the water conservancy trade is proposed, and the important significance of development and construction of digital Yangtze River to the development of future science and technology in our country emphasized.
