摘要

使用强酸性水玻璃注浆加固地层,浆液胶凝时间长并难以控制,仅适用于我国北方碱性土质。为此进行了多种配制试验,试验结果表明:用特殊材料制成的弱酸性水玻璃浆液胶凝时间易控制,适用于我国南方酸性土质;乳液型强酸性水玻璃浆液具有较高的固砂强度,适用于酸碱地层;含铝盐的酸性水玻璃固砂体具有更高的抗渗性能。

Abstract

When strong acidic sodium silicate grouting is used for strengthening strata, it needs much time to gelate and its process is difficult to control, and thus it is only suitable for alkali earth in northern China. Therefore a series of formulation tests were done. The results showed that (1)the setting time of weak acidic sodium silicate made from special materials can be easily controlled, which is suitable for strengthening acid soil in southern China;(2)the emulsified strong acidic sodium silicate has a strong gel strength and can be used for consolidating acidic or alkali strata; and (3) the sand body g elated with acidic sodium silicate containing aluminate possesses a stronger impermeability.
