摘要

针对三峡工程基础化学灌浆加固的需要,比较了几种典型的环氧树脂浆材的物理力学性能,着重研究了表面活性剂的作用和土层预渗改性对浆液渗透性能的影响,并根据化灌浆液渗入土层的机理分析,提出了有效的灌浆处理方法。

Abstract

In order to meet the requirements of foundation chemical grouting strengthening for Three Gorges Project, several typical epoxy resin grouts have been tested; their physical and mechanical properties were compared with one another. The effects of surfactant and soil modifier have been emphatically studied. The pretreatment of soil using modifier before chemical grouting could improve the soil permeability. According to the analysis of penetration mechanism for chemical grouts, an effective grouting procedure has been suggested.
