摘要
在总结化学灌浆经验和工程实践的基础上,研制出HGB-1(2)型化学灌浆设备。该设备利用自作用式原理,油缸和泵体作为执行元件,液压动能作为动力源,配以适当的电器控制系统,采用分体式结构,包括自动调速稳压变量泵和密闭的储浆送浆管路系统两个方面,可进行较长距离的控制并适合各种场地的化学灌浆作业,在三峡F215断层现场灌浆试验施工中取得了良好效果。
Abstract
On the basis of summarizing the chemical grouting experiences and engineering practices, the chemical grouting equipment marked type HGB-1(2) has been developed. The equipment was designed using self action principle, in which an oil cylinder and a pump were adopted as implement elements, liquid pressure kinetic energy was used as source of dynamic force, and a proper electronic control system was set. The separate structure was employed in the equipment , including an automatic governing, steady pressure and variable discharge pump and a close pipeline system for transferring and storing mortar. The equipment may be controlled for a long distance and can satisfy chemical grouting working in situ. Satisfactory results were obtained using the equipment during the treatment of fault F215 of the Three Gorges.
