摘要
针对三峡工程坝基地质特性,通过在多次室内模拟灌浆试验和三峡工程F215断层施工现场中,采用自行开发研制的HGB1(2)型自动调速稳压变量泵及长江科学院研制的CW1~CW4系列化学灌浆浆材和中化798系列化灌浆材,对其进行了高压水泥化学复合灌浆处理。经过现场取芯检查,各项参数均达到了设计要求的指标:(1)变形模量E≥15 GPa;(2)抗拉强度R≥1.3 MPa;(3)抗剪参数C≥1.5 MPa,f≥1.3;(4)轴心抗压强度Ra≥10.5MPa;(5)泊桑比μ≤0.25,灌浆效果很好。
Abstract
According to the geologic characteristics of TGP's foundation , based on the experience of lots of simulating tests in laboratory and grouting tests in situ, adopting our own manufactured HGB-1(2)pump possessing functions of automatic speed regulation, stabilized pressure and variable flow rate, and using the chemical grouting materials CW1-CW4 series, developed by Yangtze River scientific Research Institute and ZhongHua798 series , the high pressure cement and chemical composite grouting treatment was performed for the TGP's F215 fault. After taking samples and detection in situ, the results were very well , and satisfied all design requirements: i.e.(1)deformation modulus E≥15 GPa;(2)compressive strength Ra≥10.5MPa;(3)tensile strength R≥1.3 MPa; (4)shear resistance parameters C≥1.5 MPa, f≥1.3;and ( 5)Poisson's ratio μ≤0.25.
