摘要

功率电子器件对于变频器的发展起着重要作用。功率电子器件已出现自关断、智能化器件,它所构成的变频器具有节能、安全、快速、体积小 、精度高等特点。本系统采用IGBT构成变频器,并采用三相正弦脉宽调制方式控制。介绍了三相正弦脉宽调制式变频器的基本结构,以及变频器主电路、并联缓冲器和驱动电路的设计 。结果表明,该系统调试方便,性能优良。

Abstract

Power electron device plays an important role in the development of inverter.A self switch off and intelligent device used in the po wer electron device have been produced.The inverter consisting of power electron device is economical,safe,fast,small in volume and high accurate.The inverter i n this system consists of IGBT.The SPWM is adopted.This paper introduces the bas ic structure of three phase SPWM inverter and the desigh of the prime circuit,pa rallel buffer and drive circuit.The results show that the adjustment of the syst em is facile and its performance is of high quality. 
