为实现科研成果管理自动化，在进行了系统软件需 求分析和可行性研究之后，对历史数据作了整合处理，构造了主数据库，使用Delphi完成了 功能设计与程序开发。其研究成果，确定了院科研成果信息的汇集流程和基本管理框架。

Information management of scientific research result s is the fundamental work in building YRSRI's MIS system.After having analysed t he software's demand and the feasibility,the auothors of the system integrated t he historical data,constructed the main database,and fulfilled the design of fun ction and program by using Dephi.The data assembly process and the basic frame o f MIS of YRSRI on scientific research results was established.
