利用多媒体和网络技术，开发了水布垭工程科研成果多媒体演示系统，使之用于工程汇报和成果交流。主要介绍了系统的结构设计、模块功能及工作环境，并着重叙述了素材组织、程序开发方法。

Utilizing the multimedia and network technology, the multimedia demonstration system of Shuibuya Project was developed. In the paper, the system structure ,module function and its working environment are concisely introduced, and finally ,the datum combinations and the program developing methods are emphatically represented.
