摘要

设计了一种在ARM平台上进行灌浆报警信息决策的装置。该装置采用ucos-2嵌入式操作系统对报警任务进行调度,用SD卡为介质存储报警标准和建议决策,并通过文件管理系统管理报警历史记录。该装置设计了数据采集、数据传输、文件存储、智能决策、声光报警等功能。该装置以现场的ZigBee网络为依托,及时获得施工现场的数据信息,并为现场报警处理提供科学的指导意见。使用该装置后,加快了灌浆施工过程中的异常情况处理的过程,提高了施工效率及管理水平。

Abstract

An intellectual device for warning and information decision-making based on ARM platform is designed for grouting construction. The device adopts ucos-2 embedded operating system for task scheduling, SD card for alarm standards and recommended decision storage, and file management system for alarm history record. The device integrates functions of data acquisition, data transmission, file storage, intelligent decision-making, audible and visual alarm. With ZigBee network as a basis, the device could timely obtain data and information of the construction site, and provides scientific guidance for on-site alarm processing. By employing this device, the processing of anomaly in grouting construction is accelerated, and the construction efficiency and management is enhanced.
