摘要

针对某地下水封石洞油库(简称“地下水封洞库”)工程水幕系统水幕孔长，造孔质量控制难度大等特征，系统阐述该工程水幕孔造孔施工技术要求，并从不同水平孔孔深的造孔时开孔上仰角度、钻孔过程中钻进速度控制、钻孔孔底偏差等方面进行分析研究，得出影响水幕孔水平造孔精度有关因素。同时对水幕孔注水试验流程、注入回落试验、有效性试验及施工期注水等施工技术进行研究总结。

Abstract

The technical requirements of water curtain hole drilling are expounded in this paper. An underground water-sealed cavern with long water-curtain holes and difficult hole drilling quality control is taken as a case study. By analyzing the drilling angle,drilling speed control,bottom deviation of horizontal holes of different lengths,we obtained the factors affecting the drilling accuracy. Meanwhile,we summarized the procedures of water injection test,and the techniques of water decline test,validity checking test as well as water injection during construction.
