台段式场平建设项目土方平衡优化设计的研究

摘要: 针对台段式场平项目的复杂性和特殊性,考虑台段面设计标高调整对土方挖填工程造价、边坡支护投资及建构筑物基础投资的影响,提出一种基于场平单元特征参数的土方平衡优化设计方法。首先通过场地地形坡度分析确定稳定合理的边坡挖填坡比;然后根据不同场平单元挖填方量、面积及挖填不平衡系数等特征参数,确定控制性场平单元和依附性场平单元,并在控制性场平单元中,遴选出关键性挖方单元和填方单元;在此基础上,根据土方平衡优化设计目标,以关键性挖方单元和填方单元设计标高构建平衡优化数学模型,进行土方平衡优化设计;最后,以大型熟料水泥生产线建设项目为例,考虑土方开挖回填扩容效应,验证了该优化方法的实用性和有效性。研究结果表明,优化后场平总挖方量减少17.3万m3,边坡挖方量减少2.04万m3,挖填不平衡系数由1.59降低至0.97,既减少了土方挖填工程造价,又减少了边坡支护投资及施工难度。

Abstract: In view of the complexity and particularity of stage field-leveling construction project,an earthwork balance optimization design based on field-leveling characteristic parameter was presented. The method takes the effect of (stage board) designed elevation adjustment on project cost,slope supporting investment and basic investment of structures into consideration. First,the reasonable excavation slope magnitudes were determined by analyzing the site’s topographic slope. Then according to dig-fill volume,area and unbalanced coefficient of different field-leveling units,the controlled and dependent field-leveling units were determined. In the controlled field-leveling unit,we select the critical excavation unit and filling unit. On this basis,the optimized parameters based on the critical excavation unit and the critical filling unit was obtained and then the earthwork balance optimization mathematical model was established. Finally,the optimization design method was verified to be practical and effective with a large-scale construction project of cement clinker production line as an example in consideration of the expansion effect of the excavation and filling. Results show that the optimized excavation volume was decreased by 173 000 cubic meters,the excavation volume of slope was decreased by 20 400 cubic meters,and the total dig-fill unbalance coefficient was reduced from 1.59 to 0.97,which reduced the project cost and the construction difficulty.
